The bed was comfortable, yet there was no elevator—just a steep set of stairs. I asked to switch rooms because of bad knees and a pending replacement, but they refused even though many rooms were available. Breakfast was subpar with very little variety, and the bathroom in my room could have been cleaner.

The exterior and entrance looked nice, but the carpet in my room was dirty and the air‑conditioner vents were clogged with mildew, making the room feel humid. The room was otherwise acceptable, though the mattress was worn and the sheets had holes.

The location was good, yet the receptionist’s attitude was unpleasant and the rooms weren’t cleaned or had laundry changed. We needed cleaning service for work and didn’t want to use the other person’s towels.
