It was a peaceful and welcoming place. A dedicated reception area was a huge plus, making quick questions easy throughout our trip. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the whole team made us feel looked after. Free breakfast ready early saved us hassle, especially with an early whale shark watch. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion is adding a small shelf or organizer in the Cabana shower for toiletries, plus a rod or rack to hang clothes. Other than that, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is brand new, and I found the beds to be extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The space and facilities were also very welcoming and well-maintained. My only disappointment was that the hotel didn't have a restaurant on site, which would have been convenient.
