The room was very comfortable and smelled great, but as a Malaysian guest, I noticed that not everyone speaks English fluently; having more staff who speak Malay would make communication easier and more comfortable for everyone.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with everything needed provided – chips, bottled water, and mineral water were all free; everything was in the room, which was worth it for the price; soap and shampoo were supplied, smelled nice, and were also for sale, which I bought. The floor in the room was somewhat slippery, and the bathroom floor was also slippery.

The room was comfortable, the bedroom facilities were satisfactory, and parking was available. However, it felt like we were being scammed when we tried to check out: after the room was inspected, we were accused of leaving iron marks on the chair and forced to pay for damages even though we knew about the marks from day one and didn’t mention them because we thought they were pre‑existing. On the second day the room was cleaned and they said there were no marks, yet on check‑out they accused us of covering the marks with a towel. We refused to pay, arguing the marks were there from the start, but they cited previous cases where guests paid for damages. If you stay here, record a video and take pictures of all the room items, and have someone present when you check out.
