The place is great. The decor is old, the walls are very thin, and you can hear other guests late at night, which is not pleasant.

The place is well situated within walking distance of the tube station and plenty of restaurants, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the price was reasonable for London. However, walk‑in showers were only available if requested in advance, the room’s temperature needed a technician’s help to set, and the building feels a bit old.

Everything. Shoddy hotel, insanely high prices for a terrible place!!! Business trip for our colleague who couldn't even take a shower because the shower head was completely blocked by limescale!! DREADFUL!!! We do a lot of business trips, and we've never come across anything like this. Absolutely not recommended
