The location was fine, yet the bathroom’s open ceiling let us hear everything my friend did and smell the odors, which was unpleasant. There is only one elevator and the building houses 10 different hostels, plus a rooftop that people from the street used. We ended up waiting up to 20 minutes to get up the 8 floors.

The location was good. The pillow was very dirty, the bathroom had no ceiling so it lacked privacy, and the toilet was very noisy. There was an elevator only for a nine‑storey building with several hostels, making it hard to use, and since we were on the eighth floor it was necessary.

I was in the center of Gran Vía, right where most of the entertainment is. But there was no air conditioning, and over the five days we stayed it was never cleaned.

The local was very good and easy to access. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. It was very old and because the building facade was under renovation, the windows couldn't be opened.
