“Decent, affordable for a stay.”

The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. The interior décor felt a bit dated. The pool area looked tired and wasn’t very inviting, but it was mostly quiet all day. I’m not sure if towel service for the pool was available. Several guests on the floor slammed doors late at night, which was loud and disruptive.

Everything was perfect—the staff were very polite and helpful, my room was nice and peaceful, and I’m looking forward to staying again. The car park was far from my block; I was at block 5.

“Cancelled our 10 rooms and charged full amount! No help and unfair customer service!”

We were a large group that booked ten rooms, but because our flight was delayed we would have arrived after midnight, the hotel cancelled our reservation and still charged us the full amount. We couldn’t reach anyone; the contact details were invalid or nobody answered, which felt unfair and unprofessional. We lost our booking but still paid in full. Customer service offered no help, no responsibility, and no flexibility. I suggested a partial refund, but they declined. Their response only came after they cancelled and charged us, which is bizarre and unprofessional. Don’t stay at this unfair hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and although there were issues with the electric kettle and shower water volume, the staff resolved everything quickly and I was able to enjoy a stress‑free stay. I appreciate the courteous care from the front desk and restaurant staff. This was my second visit, and since my first stay was very comfortable, I chose this hotel again without hesitation. There were no problems.
