The breakfast is great and offers a variety of options for vegans/vegetarians. There’s a 24‑hour bar, a large lobby, and cleanliness is taken seriously. The beds were super comfortable, but the pillows didn’t suit us; they were too flat and hard. I mentioned the issue at reception, but they couldn’t resolve it and had no spare pillows.

Very close to the trade fair, so you can walk there. The breakfast selection is excellent. The staff at the reception can be somewhat slow at times. It’s quite quiet, even at night, which I didn’t expect in a big city.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious enough for a short trip. I rate the location as very good; the city center and the Lanxess Arena are reachable quickly. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Parking fees for the underground garage could be a bit cheaper compared to free parking nearby.
