“Nice hotel, but make sure you don’t get charged twice if you pay online.”

I liked the hotel because it was clean and comfortable, but I was double‑charged for my room—paid online and again upon arrival. They corrected the error and refunded me, and after speaking with the manager on the phone I was promised 20,000 points, which I still haven’t received in my account.
