The location is very good and the room is nice.

The location and the wooded setting are nice, but there are few staff, especially at breakfast, and service takes a while.

The room had a fresh, modern look and the bathroom was roomy, but the Festa da Latas made it hard to rest—only two hours of sleep. They handed out free ear plugs, but those didn’t help at all, and a refund should have been offered. The hotel itself is nice, just the event ruined the experience.
