The staff were friendly, but unfortunately I found dust mites in the pillowcases, they bit me and I had to get treatment

Nothing good; the staff were rude, one dirty bathroom for 12 women… 12 women crammed into a cramped space that was claustrophobic, the door couldn’t open properly, my bed upstairs had no safety bars so I almost fell at night, ants were found in the bed—avoid it

Having a nice kitchen with a table to spend time if you have things to do and can’t leave the house was a big plus

I arrived at the hostel at 22:00 after a flight and had no other choice, so I stayed there. The staff were friendly and everything was close by, but walking on the street was uncomfortable. In the middle of the night someone woke me up claiming I had taken her bed, yet the front‑desk staff had already assigned me to that bed. It was almost a fight, but the staff calmed me down and I decided I only needed one night to sleep, so that person was not worth anything. The staff apologized for the misunderstanding between the manager and the woman, but I still don’t know who made the mistake. I’ll never return to Atlantic Ostello. I travel a lot, almost every month, and this is the first time this has happened. It was unpleasant!
