The service was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

The rooms were very pretty, the spa area was great, and the restaurant was outstanding, yet the rooms had no air conditioning, which was a real hardship on hot summer days, especially in the roof rooms.

The breakfast alone was impressive, and the staff created a great atmosphere. The dinner at the restaurant didn’t match the price‑value ratio, but otherwise everything was very, very nice.

Le fait de devoir payer 40 euros de supplément pour rester 1h en plus dans la chambre. Les bed dans le spa ne sont pas tous confortables trop étroits pour être à deux, il ya que 3-4 bed double satisfaisant et sont souvent déjà prit
“Gemühtliche Unterkunft mit toller Lage und tollem Personal”
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and the breakfast time until 11 am was nice; the view of the valley from the location was beautiful, and the staff were consistently very friendly. One evening we dined at the hotel; the Wiener schnitzel was mediocre, the coating was thin, and the side salad was even a bit stale. The Surf and Turf was only the steak that was truly tasty. In my old‑building room there was only a bathtub instead of a shower.
