The location near cafés, markets, and the cathedral square is great, and the beds are comfy with a clean room. However, the noise at night was awful, which really diminished my enjoyment of the otherwise lovely room; rooms that don’t face the street might be better, but we didn’t get that option. The coffee maker’s water tank was dirty, and the kettle didn’t work.

When my partner’s passport was stolen, the staff did everything they could to help us, and the customer service was outstanding—I would book here again.

The hostess was amazing, welcoming and excellent at explaining everything, clearly wanting us to have a wonderful stay; the views from our room were stunning, the location made it easy to reach everywhere, and the garden downstairs at the back was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the shade during the hot afternoon.

The location is great right next to the market and the old town, but the room offers little space and only a small hook for clothes, plus a tiny sink for two people; it was noisy at night (weekends) with the bar next door until dawn.
