Location – right on the beach, with a view of the sea and Mount Athos. The location alone makes up for a lot (though honestly, there’s nothing else in the area). Beach loungers are included in the price. The bathroom was fairly new and relatively clean. The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. It’s clear that the best times are already behind them. The pool was only “open” in theory. The food was at best average – there were no drinks for dinner, and the bar prices were quite high. The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell, and for the level of cleaning shown by the staff, I’d have expected better.
“Short stay - Halkidiki”
Everything was fine except the food. The variety and choice were appalling, especially at dinner. Poor. I expected more for a hotel of this type.
The plaza was nice. The pool was lacking. It’s close to a market. There is no setalista.
“Thanks to the great staff”
The staff were absolutely great – very helpful, all spoke good English and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The beach is huge with plenty of space between the sunbeds. For our eight‑night stay, sheets and towels were changed only once. Prices at the bar were inflated. Hot water was missing sometimes because the house uses a solar boiler. The buffet lacked variety; I would have liked more local options. Though the listing said pets were forbidden, there were many dogs on the beach, which meant a lot of doggy bombs.
“Short stay - Halkidiki.”
Everything was fine except the food. The choice and quality of the meals were poor; if the price had to rise, it would be better than serving basic, budget food.
