Everything was fine except the reception. The breakfast was hearty and varied. The location is good for walking around Varna. The reception was very cold and unfriendly, and parking was a bit difficult.

Excellent location, extremely courteous staff, unlimited buffet breakfast, clean room and bathroom, furnished in a modernist style. Every day the staff deliver Dolce Gusto capsule coffee (not Nescafé sachets as in most hotels), Ahmad tea, and small bottles of mineral water for free, beyond the well‑stocked minibar. Rooms are cleaned daily. The service is high quality, caring and attentive to guests. I have stayed at this hotel for several years, and when I need a stay in Varna I first look for rooms at Hotel Reverence and I’m very disappointed (softly put) if none are available. The only downside is the short length of my stay – only 8 days.

Overall the hotel’s design is interesting, the staff smile, it’s centrally located, parking is available, all room amenities are present, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Minor cleanliness issues in the shower area.

The room was clean and nice, located very well. The staff, specifically the female attendants, were not courteous; it seemed as if we and our friend were not welcome. Physical comfort +10, psychological comfort -2.
