The staff work hard—from the reception to the housekeeping women—every request gets answered, which I’m grateful for. The restaurant on the first floor is a huge plus; we missed breakfast but a single call and they brought everything to our room, all very fresh. Security patrols constantly to ensure everything is fine. If you ask, you can hand your personal items to the ladies for a small fee, and linen and towels are requested from the floor staff and delivered immediately. The room has a kettle, a fridge, and air‑conditioners, which are essential in summer. I wish your business continued success and will return; highly recommend this hotel. The Wi‑Fi was weak in one room and nonexistent in another, even though the staff tried to set it up.
The staff were flexible and made every effort to communicate smoothly despite the language barrier. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke; if they could set up designated smoking zones for non‑smokers, that would help. Also, the hourly rates are a bit steep.

Nord Hotel is a very nice place. The room is huge and includes a desk, a sofa, a fridge, a wardrobe, and a large, comfortable bed. I stayed there on my last day in Baku, and the staff kindly let me stay from 7:45 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., even though check‑out was at noon (12:00), without charging an extra fee. The price was only €27 for such a spacious room. Koroğlu subway station is just one metro stop away, and the H1 airport bus departs from there. Cheers! 🍻 The hotel isn’t in the city center, but it’s very convenient if you need to catch a flight.
