Right next to the tram station that comes every 5 minutes, the place is clean and comfortable, but the check‑in instructions weren’t provided and we had to wait outside for quite some time to contact the manager before they let us in, though they were helpful once they did.

Clean and cozy rooms with excellent air conditioning, but the place feels more like a hostel—tiny rooms and thin walls let you hear guests partying late. A 30‑minute bus ride brings you into the city centre, and the bus stop is just a 5‑minute walk away while the tram is only 2 minutes away, though the tram is always packed so I stuck with the bus, which was far more spacious and comfortable.

The facilities were spotless and almost new, yet the location was far from the centre and the guests were very loud. The accommodation was on the top floor, and the building felt a bit scary to enter. They never cleaned the room, and the tax was one of the highest we paid.

The tram was close by, but there was no cleaning, no towel change, no reception, and it was just a single‑floor room.

Very noisy, with staff banging doors in the morning—impossible to get any rest.
