The couple vibe was perfect for my partner and me, but a massive earthquake at 2 am on the first night scared me to bits—totally not the property’s fault.

Good location, clean, but the price, size, and lack of a bathtub were disappointing.

Elegant hotel, spacious room with a beautiful shower/bathtub area, fantastic bed, daily free toiletries and minibar items, very friendly staff (most don’t speak English but Google Translate works), not in the very center but close to a convenient metro and train station. The inability to open windows for fresh air is annoying, but it seems to be the norm in Tokyo.

The hotel is stunning, staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival and went above and beyond, rooms have AC and extremely comfortable beds, the toilet and bathroom are luxurious, breakfast is really nice, and the location is great because it’s close to the train station. It’s a little pricey but fully justified for what you receive.
