The staff were very friendly and the hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious, the bed was huge and very cozy, almost like a bounce house; when my husband turned over, the whole bed moved with him. During our three‑week tour we mostly took care of ourselves, but I chose this hotel because we wanted to dine well at the Noir again. Unfortunately the Noir closed that evening, so we went to the Brewhouse instead, which was good but not what we were looking for.

The rooms were clean and comfy, but there were no decent restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless and the hotel’s facilities were good, yet the downstairs room suffered from upstairs noise because there’s no sound‑proofing between floors, so I couldn’t sleep well as every movement upstairs was audible.

The rooms were nice and the location was good, but breakfast wasn’t included in the price, the restaurant was closed when it should have been open, and the deposit feels unusually high for a hotel, although this is more common in the US and Canada.
