I ended up in a room that already had people in it, which was a real hassle. Later they moved me to another room, but then the same room was given to someone else, and they even opened my room while my partner and I were still inside.

Nothing this time at my visit, very disappointed and discussed it and want a refund and I want my security deposit back and they refuse to even acknowledge me which I am going to speak to a lawyer and I’m going to speak to board of health. I paid $84 for a room that looked like it has not been cleaned in over a year had dead roaches all over the place on the beds on the floor in the bathtub on the walls that were crawling ones that were still alive. The floor was swept. It looked like it has not been cleaned in over a year or used and that fact to have roaches like that all over the place and even living ones all over the place and then not even giving me another Room or a refund it’s unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves for even renting that room for that amount of money

The door knob was broken; once we closed the door we were locked in and couldn’t open it. I had to call the front desk to get someone to let us out. I asked for a different room, but the manager said we’d have to wait until the housekeeper fixed the handle because there were no other rooms. Eventually he offered a new room, but it was filthy: dirt on the floors, light switch plates black from never being wiped, an air conditioner covered in black grime with a broken vent and pieces scattered on the floor. The bathroom door couldn’t close fully because it was damaged, and someone had added extra screws to hold it together. Everything felt run‑down and dirty.

The place was very quiet and clean, but when I returned that night, someone else was already in my room. The staff gave me another room, but it was uncomfortable and the whole experience was bad.
