The hotel is in a good spot near the airport, railway, and buses; breakfast was good with many options, but paying £12 for parking feels out of place in the property price, and two adults and a child had to sleep on a double bed—having a sofa bed or a second bed in the room would have helped, especially since there was space.

Breakfast staff were polite. Receptionist when I arrived was blunt and gave the impression she didn’t want to be there. I booked the room 2 hours prior to arriving. The lady said she couldn’t find the booking and it was booking.coms fault. She went to speak to a manager who said I needed to rebook because they had no reference of the booking. I did that and then ended up being charged twice for one night and now I have to wait a week for a refund. I went to my room after all this to find there was no power in the room. I went back down to report the issue and was spoken to like I was stupid and it was no big deal it’ll just be a fuse. Even my colleague who was with me through both interactions commented on this person’s abruptness. I’m a contractor working in Luton for the next 18 months. I have already shared my experiences with the booking agent for my companies hotel requests

I loved the room—the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linen, the bathroom was immaculate with nice toiletries, breakfast was good, the reception was welcoming, and service was great; we took the bus from the airport to the hotel and hired a car to pick us up from the hotel, and there was nothing negative.
