“Prima!”

The location is great, right in the middle of the city. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fine. The rooms were spacious with a good bed, and the building has a nice old character. The lack of air conditioning was a downside; during the summer it was still quite pleasant for a good night's sleep. The windows can open, but that brings in a lot of noise since it’s right in the center, which is a bit less enjoyable.

I booked for two days. On the first day, even though I tried to call and also sent an email saying I would be late, there was no response. I had to find and pay for a new hotel. On the second day, a lady called me to confirm our arrival time; I arrived half an hour early, but the accommodation was closed and nobody was waiting for me, and no one answered the phone. About an hour later, someone finally appeared. The lady claimed that the number she was calling from had been out of service for a long time, but that was just a lie. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Great hotel, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Perfect location.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, and a perfect downtown location. The only issue was the limited number of parking spaces. Breakfast was acceptable but not high‑quality and, in my opinion, poorly arranged. Items like cream cheese or similar were missing, scrambled eggs were often gone, cucumbers and tomatoes were scarce and hard to find. No vegan bread spread was available except for jam or chocolate spread.
