The room was fine—clean, spacious, and parking was a breeze, plus breakfast offered a lot of variety. However, the restaurant was slow during lunch; even with few diners, it took about an hour for our drinks and food, and the pool felt a bit small for the hotel’s size.

The staff were undoubtedly helpful, and even when I realized I was wrong about something, the hotel accommodated me so I didn’t feel wronged; everyone was very courteous. The garden area is ideal for relaxing and strolling, even within the city, and the rooms are well insulated, making nights very quiet. The breakfast wasn’t appealing for the price, and twice I had to clean larvae—one from the bathroom area and another from the sink. The water pressure was unsatisfactory for a hotel, and overall I felt the price was high for the quality.

The hotel is outside the center but reachable by metro or taxi, making it a good base for exploring Lisbon. We checked in early and received an upgrade (thanks, Nuno), so the rooms were close together. The pool was a plus, great for cooling off, and there was enough space to stay by it. Breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly. The air‑conditioning in our room made a lot of noise, but it was fixed right away.

Everything was fine, but there should be more kid‑friendly options at the buffet dinner. When we checked in, there was no dinner for us even though we told them about our late arrival and the manager promised to provide it; nothing was offered, which was disappointing.

There’s no Netflix or other streaming service for watching series or personalized content. The buffet dinner is very basic for the price, and it only includes one drink. The free parking has very few spots for a hotel of this size, and some facilities need a few renovations.
