The staff are attentive and try to meet guests’ needs, but the place needs upkeep; the poolside area is out of service and looks abandoned, and overall the hotel feels like it’s not really a hotel at all—more like a different kind of establishment. Still, it’s fine for a layover.

The service was good, but it’s awful that they rent the space for events right next to the rooms, so you can’t rest because of the noise and crowds, and there’s no privacy.
