The personal care was very warm. The reception was friendly, the food excellent, and everything was simple, welcoming and lovely—just what you need to feel at home. Even changing the travel dates was hassle‑free, and we had a wonderful weekend. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel sits conveniently close to the Alpenrosenbahn for skiing and the sauna area is acceptable, while the breakfast buffet offers a good variety. However, the apartment is set apart from the main hotel and away from any staff assistance; it’s functional but looks dated, the advertised infrared sauna didn’t work, and even after several requests there was no hair‑dryer or shower gel. Towels weren’t replaced until after five days.

The reception was professional and friendly, and the large, modern double room came with its own terrace. The breakfast and evening buffets had a wide selection, high quality, and attentive table service. I got a free parking spot in the underground garage. The central location in Westendorf put me just 300 m from the ski area (Alpenrosenbahn). The ski/transfer room with a personal wardrobe was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and luxuriously furnished (big TV, wall mirror, sink). The price‑to‑service ratio was fair. The Wi‑Fi was very weak (~5 Mbit/s) and needs urgent improvement.
