“It was a nightmare!”

Nothing much to say positively. The front‑desk person was not nice; after making me wait 3 hours for my room, the AC wasn’t cooling and the toilet was malfunctioning. He wanted me to wait for maintenance to fix it. When I asked if he could move me to a working room, he resisted because it would mean extra work. Eventually he gave me a room with only one bed, even though the booking was for two twin beds. I had to wait even longer for them to separate and set up the beds. Terrible experience!!

“Short stay for F1 GP, reasonable price. Great room, location could have been better.”

Breakfast was more than enough, with good quality and variety. The room was huge, and there was coffee in the room. The area is safe enough and electric scooters are easily accessible. The location is safe but a bit far from most attractions. The bar closed very early, so getting food later in the evening was tough.

“A surprisingly good stay.”

It was a different experience – a self‑contained studio apartment. It’s very close to the Metro, and the staff were very helpful.

“Not the best experience and a long way from city centre in a somewhat dogey area. I would not recommend this hotel to ot”

The room was great size for 2 people. Booked specifically because it had a pool but it wasn’t open even though above 26 degrees every day! Booked a 3 person room but arrived and no provision for third person so I had to hire a second room, then there was an electrical issue and he had to change rooms after 11.00pm. Honestly expected to be offered a free second room but this was not offered

There is a parking garage. Public transport connections are nearby. Pigeons were at the outdoor breakfast table, eating at the table.
