“Very easy to check in, process was smooth room was simple but met my expectations 😊”
The customer service was excellent.
The location was easy to find, and the check‑in and check‑out were quick. There was no elevator, so getting to the room was a hassle. The room smelled bad; I had to keep the window open all night and spray perfume. The fridge seemed to have been left with something rotten, and it hardly kept anything cold even after a whole night; the freezer didn’t freeze anything. The floor was stained, the bath had mold or dirt on the side, and the towels looked stained with makeup or were just not washed and rehung. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy; the pillows were thin. Paying $100 for the night wasn’t worth it, but the location was easy to find and the staff was friendly for the brief interactions we had.
It offered good value.
