The location was fine, but the service was awful—no cleanliness, a late check‑in caused by staff mismanagement.

The location was decent, yet everything else was so bad that even the best location felt useless. The front‑desk staff on the evening of the 29th around 9 pm behaved horribly and rudely, and the food and beverage manager was equally rude. There was no hot water, and even the tap water didn’t flow properly; repeated calls yielded no action. Huge flies swarmed the room, and despite many requests, no one arrived—even with a fly rocket. We have tight schedules and usually avoid traveling in India, but this time we wanted to experience monsoon in Saputara while in Surat for work, and the terrible experience ruined our vacation.

It was beyond the expectation. Everything is perfect and maintained by staff and property management team is working hard to make sure your stay is amazing
