I found a decent budget stay just outside the main town, with a friendly owner and a cute dog. The place was noisy, hearing chatter from other rooms, and the water pipes made a loud splash whenever anyone flushed or turned on taps, plus a constant drip from the toilet. The room felt cold, and the advertised cooked breakfast never arrived—only instant porridge and orange juice were offered.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to fix the issues we faced. Unfortunately, our room was filthy: blood on the bed sheets, dust everywhere, and a mouldy shower. Even though the staff apologized and tried to clean it, the damage was already done. It seems like a one‑off, so I’d consider staying again, but the housekeeping let us down.
