The place is perfect, within walking distance of the port and West Street, with calm riverfront surroundings. The staff is amazing and helps with everything you need, they even rent scooters. I’d definitely return.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very helpful and nice, the location was ideal, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is a good spot for a day or two, clean and with comfortable rooms, but they allow smoking in rooms and the smell lingers even after cleaning. The corridors have a strong damp odor.

The location is great, right at the cruise ship exit and close to the commercial area but on a quieter street; the breakfast is good and the staff provide fantastic English‑speaking service, helping us book multiple activities, including renting bicycles—nothing to complain about.
