The hosts were very kind and attentive, the room comfortable and the bathroom clean, and the prices were reasonable. However, you can’t enter or exit on your own; the hosts always have to open the door. The room barely had natural light and the airflow was poor.

The room was excellent, with an extremely comfortable bed and well‑made sheets. The bathroom was also very good. The location is great, and the north bus terminal is just a few dollars away if you’re heading north to Latacunga/Quito.

We were thrilled with the service; Cecilia and Jonathan were incredibly attentive and warm, making us feel right at home. The place is close to the city center, so getting around was easy. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. Our experience was outstanding.
