Even though I had a confirmed booking, the host told me they were overbooked and couldn’t let me in a few hours before check‑in; they suggested I stay at their sister property, Yvon's Tropical Villa, for the same price. Yet Yvon’s Tropical Villa was cheaper online, so it seemed like a deliberate move to push guests to a hotel that isn’t even listed. I showed them all the conversation proof and the online pricing, but they didn’t help. Avoid this place to spare yourself last‑minute hassle.

The staff welcomed us warmly, even during tough moments. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and we had a great stay.

We found a phantom accommodation and were rerouted to another destination. The managers were polite and tried to compensate with free services for the higher price we paid. We appreciate the attempt to make amends, but the listing on Booking was unusable for a long time, so they should have warned us beforehand and let us choose another place. Booking needs to vet such listings because they impose significant fees. It’s unacceptable for the platform to allow such surprises.

The location is excellent, the new building is well maintained, and the staff are welcoming and always ready to help. They greeted us with a cold drink and a basket of fruit grown in their garden. No issues to report.
