The hotel was very good.

The staff were friendly and the owner was welcoming, and they solved problems. The linen was dirty, but it was replaced immediately. The location was very far from the ocean. For the stars that the hotel’s name claims, it’s not worth it 💯.

The breakfast was superb—you could choose an English or Sri Lankan breakfast each day. The staff were fantastic, always ready to help. They arranged a taxi for us at a good price to go to Galle for a day trip. The pool is great, and you can relax on the lounge chairs. Everything else was very clean, and they would come every day to ask if they should clean our room. The only drawback might be the location; the hotel is right next to the main road, so it can be noisy. We didn’t have any issues with that, just the occasional passing car or honk.

The hotel is small but boasts a huge pool, the location is fantastic, and my room was spotlessly clean. The staff were always available and incredibly friendly. The Sri Lankan breakfast was plentiful and exceptionally tasty. Thanks a lot.
