The location is near amenities and central for travel, but the building is quite run down and needs upgrading; the rooms are not old and peeling, yet the toilet is also run down.

The place had nice features, a wide area, and just fair dishes, but overall it was just fair for the traveler.

The “Grand Super Deluxe” room was nothing special and the hotel was far from five‑star quality. I had planned to switch hotels, but after paying for four nights and being unable to cancel I was forced to stay, which ended with me getting sick from the dirty air‑conditioner. The room was dusty, with white mould (see photo), a filthy AC grill, and the sofa seat kept sliding away when I sat down. The cushions smelled stale and unclean; I asked for different ones. The bedding and pillowcases were grey‑ish and looked slept‑in, so I requested fresh linens and a new bed made. The towels were also dirty and smelled like sewage; after asking the housekeeper to check them I was given clean ones.
