Resumen de esta reseña
The customer service was great, and the casino and restaurants were right on the property. The kitchen was hell of a place.

I stayed here again and it was lovely; the rooms are large, clean, and modern. The Enoch Cree are building a huge new tower next to the main part of the hotel and it looks spectacular, with lots of new features in the plans. I’m not sure if a new concert venue is one of them, but man, it’s definitely needed. The hotel? Definitely recommend it, although it was pricey—perhaps because we stayed there for a concert that same night. As mentioned above, it was pricey (over $300) which is a lot for a room well outside of the downtown core. We were there for a concert that night, likely the reason for the high price. Two suggestions for improvements: the number of restaurants on-site and the concert venue (called "The Venue"). Not sure if this is endemic to all similar hotel/casino complexes, but we’ve seen this before. There are nowhere near enough proper, sit‑down restaurants at River Cree. There are two full‑service restaurants, both of which were full (no reservations available) plus a pub where you could line up and hope for a table. There are also a couple of fast‑food joints if you’re desperate. A third proper restaurant is needed. And then there is The Venue, which is a cross between a large high‑school gym and a curling rink. I mean, yikes, it’s nowhere near what it should be considering the quality of the hotel it’s attached to. It gets a lot of crummy reviews about crowded seating and terrible sound, and both criticisms are fair and justified. The sound was really bad and we felt sorry for the artists. The rest of the facility was ok… washrooms were decent and there were enough bars inside the hall to accommodate everyone. But man, the sound? Awful. Short of knocking it down and building a proper concert hall, I don’t think there’s anything you could do to fix that. With any luck, the new tower they’re building next door will include a proper, professional concert venue.

The sign in the hallways that asks people to keep quiet was a nice touch, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
