“Negative experience”

The location was good and comfortable, but the private bathroom was outside our accommodation and they hid that fact in the details. I called them about it and they said it was private, yet there was no private way to access it—imagine walking naked along the floor in front of other guests? No privacy at all. We couldn’t use the bathroom, so we didn’t shower. They also gave the same shampoo and shower gel in separate bottles, which was awful. I booked a €100 deposit for a minimum of two weeks, but I still didn’t get it back.

The apartment was still being cleaned when I arrived, and they said they would refund that night’s money, but up to now, nothing.

Filipa and the Lisbeyond team answered questions on time during the day, the balcony is excellent, the kitchen is lovely, it’s a safe place and close to everything, but the check‑in instructions were sent late (while I was on the plane). The WC is outside the room, the bed was comfortable but noisy, and there were no TV channels for English soccer.

The room and the space for my personal items were great. The bathroom being outside the room didn't bother me.
