Communication was nonstop and quick, the video guide for opening the door and locating the room was solid, and the tip about a cheap yet authentic and tasty restaurant was spot‑on—thanks, everything was fine. No noteworthy complaints.

The place was very tidy and easy to reach; the bed was comfy and the shower was the best size I’ve seen so far.

The accommodation was lovely, with a prime location right outside the bus stop and quick public transport to the center—15‑20 minutes to Petersplatz. Everything for daily needs is nearby, and a great café or bar is just a few meters away, where we stopped for breakfast multiple times. A supermarket and pharmacy sit next door. The place was spotless, the cleaning crew was thorough and friendly, and the WhatsApp coordination was helpful and kind. The self‑check‑in ran smoothly, the air‑conditioning was excellent, and the shared kitchen with coffee machine and seating was handy when needed, though we hardly used it because we were out most of the time. A small fridge in the room was a nice touch; we felt very comfortable. Thank you. We’d book the room again if we return to Rome.

Very close to Vatican City, the bed was comfy, and the place was spotless, but it would be better if basic toiletries were supplied.
