“Pudo haber sido excelente, pero…”
I liked that the rooms were new, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the mall was a handy bonus for errands. However, everything went smoothly until the last night when a group arrived and used the lobby to hand out food because the restaurant was too small; the whole area smelled like food, taking away the lobby’s purpose for other guests to relax and enjoy. We were practically forced to head straight to our rooms because the lobby was packed with the group.
