The place was neat. The only downside was that they required the full rent up front instead of a partial deposit.

The hotel sits away from Nellore Town and isn’t centrally located, so the room occupancy feels low and the property looks deserted. The credit card machine was broken, Gpay didn’t work, and the front desk insisted on cash, which is hard to find these days. I had to wait a long time to settle the bill, so I asked for account details, and later they sent a cell number for payment. I finally paid the bill, but I don’t think this place offers good value and I won’t recommend it. Next time I’ll book through an app to avoid this hassle. The reception refused credit card or Gpay and added a 3 % surcharge for card payments; when I accepted, the machine still failed. Gpay failed because the bank details were incorrect, and the counter staff kept insisting on cash.

The staff were friendly. The cleanliness was lacking: flies buzzed in the dining hall, the washroom was untidy, and the bucket was in bad shape and had a hole.

The hotel did not match the description on the website; nothing was as advertised.

I was really impressed with the staff here - they were super helpful and friendly. However, I did have a bit of a problem when I realized I needed a wheelchair, but it wasn't available. The bathroom was also a bit of a challenge for me, as I'm a senior citizen with a walking stick. The door was spring-loaded, and there was no stool or chair, making it hard for me to brush my teeth, shave, and use the toilet.
