It was a lovely, family-friendly hotel; a musical event took place and I was glad to see so many happy faces. The village is small but full of nice people.

It was a very beautiful house with outstandingly friendly staff, very personal and accommodating; I rarely felt so welcomed in a hotel! Even though it’s on a through street, the room was very quiet and you could sleep with the window open. The room was spacious and clean. For public transport users, the proximity to bus stops heading to Oberhof and Gotha is very useful, and the bus gets you quickly to Gotha station. I can’t think of anything negative.

The reception was very friendly, and the host is truly exceptional in the best sense. We’ll come back for a longer stay. The food at the inn was also delicious – regional dishes that we found very good 👍. We were just passing through, so we stayed briefly, but we would have liked to add another week. Unfortunately that didn’t work out due to scheduling, but we’ll definitely see each other again 🤗. Huge thanks. ☺️
