The staff made our trip really comfortable, helped with anything we needed, really friendly and the food made at the hotel was amazing! Would 100% stay again!

I booked the hotel through its website, but when I arrived it was shut down, so nothing worked out.

“Cancelled my booking after check-in while I was standing on the doorstep.”

I had no positive points to mention. I had zero customer service and the place was totally unreliable. I emailed ahead about arriving early, but never heard back. I showed up early, but there was no one to check me in, so I went into town. I returned at 14:50 and waited outside. Right after 15:00 I rang the bell and tried calling, but instead of opening the door or answering the phone, they sent an email canceling my reservation because of an "error." They didn’t even bother to face me. Don’t stay here if you need a guaranteed place.

“The bed was ok to sleep in. We were obviously a bit disappointed it was not cheap.”

I stayed in the family room, which had plenty of space. The room wasn’t very clean and wasn’t even vacuumed. We had to ask for towels and only received a bath and hand towel for two of us. There were no cups or milk, so we left to buy a drink. We had to ask for toilet paper. The mini‑TV remote arrived the next day but didn’t work.

“Horrible”

The bed was comfortable. There was a water leak in the roof, no breakfast service in the morning, the place smelled bad, only one towel for two people, the toilet was dirty, and the bar was closed and told us to buy cheaper drinks elsewhere. Absolutely terrible, don’t go.
