I was disappointed by the filthy condition, no linens were provided, the location in an industrial area was awful, and the staff were rude.

The room had air conditioning and a big TV, but the apartment sat above a warehouse in an industrial zone; the bathroom was shared with other rooms, which wasn’t clear in the description. The key to one room opened all others, including the bathroom. We were four people and had to split into a three‑bedroom and a single room. The single room lacked AC and had a dehumidifier that made the air unbreathable.

Meris affittacamere is a real, concrete place that doesn’t indulge in frills but welcomes guests with large spaces at a competitive price in a strategic spot for exploring many attractions in the Marche. We stayed three nights, driving only half an hour to the sites we wanted to visit, and even made a trip to Assisi. The host greeted us with great courtesy and ensured we had all the information for a comfortable stay. The property was clean in a very minimalist setting.
