The location is useful and the rooms have what’s needed, but the street noise is brutal, the noise in the rooms is hard to deal with, it’s not easy to communicate with the front desk, and they don’t clean rooms from one day to the next.

The location, the kindness of the staff, and the facilities were all good.

The décor, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were great, but they never told us whether we had to request housekeeping. One of the fans was broken, and not every room had a coat rack.
