We booked online, drove an hour to get there, and were told the room we’d booked wasn’t available because of an air‑conditioner issue that had existed for four months. That was absurd – we’d spent an hour driving only to be turned away, and the place was disgusting. The staff were rude, the promised room never arrived, and the hotel has been in this state for over four months.

Nothing was positive. No cleaned bed covers were ever provided, clean towels were infested with roaches throughout the hotel, the air conditioner did not work, and we had to rely on fans.

Nothing was positive. I couldn’t even get that lady; she was unbelievably rude, and everything about her caused me to leave and go to another motel because no one would disrespect me like that.
