The staff were friendly, especially the caretaker lady who showed me the 360° rooftop view, which was wicked! The place offered great value for money. However, there was confusion about check‑in and access; when I arrived, no one was there and they told me to go to another one of their three hotels. I declined, and they only appeared 10–15 minutes later. You also need to arrange someone to let you in when you leave, as there’s usually no one on site. They also prefer cash because cards are difficult to use.

The room was extremely clean and the contemporary design was loved; everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room, which some might find a little tight, but it was okay for us. The breakfast spread was really nice and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the hotel’s location is great and close to everything.
