The staff were very friendly and kind, and the cleaning was thorough, yet the room still smelled musty, so a deep professional cleaning is needed; also, it would be great if all rooms had curtains.

The place was clean, organized, and the staff friendly; free surfboard rental was a nice touch, the shops were nearby, and the pool area was lovely.

Loved the hospitable feeling and staff, the activities available for patrons (shout out to the yoga instructor and the wine and cheese night I have never experienced before), and the kitchen facilities were great. Also enjoyed having an ensuite room, it works well and much nicer than having to take all your stuff down the hallway, do recommend. I feel like the rooms and common areas could do with a deep clean, as a previous cleaner I know it's annoying but the cracks on doors, ventilation chutes and windows are all places that mould loves, so would recommend a deep clean when available
