The hotel was efficient and well connected. The Basel card was a great privilege and a brilliant idea. Breakfast was good and sufficient.

The lobby was spacious, modern, and colourful, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere; we enjoyed a drink at the lobby bar shortly after arriving. A great perk was the complimentary BaselCard, which gave free public transport during our stay, and two tram stops were within easy walking distance, making city exploration convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and we appreciated the complimentary mineral water on our floor. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
