The spring water and surrounding nature were excellent, and the food was quite good with many options, but we travelled from Jakarta on the Whoosh train and then took a taxi to the hotel; it would have helped if the hotel offered transfers to Padalarang train station or the city a few times a day to ease guest mobility.

The resort is close to the volcano and the hot sulphur waters, and if you book there you get free access to the beach; the place is quiet and away from city noise, surrounded by nature, the breakfast is good, and the hotel is in the Gulf area, now a tourist spot for hiking and horseback riding. The furniture is old, the bathroom is old and emits some smells.

The hotel had a ton of facilities like restaurants, hot springs, and activities such as ATV rides, horseback riding, and water rafting - although we had to pay extra for most of these. Staying here did get us breakfast and access to the outdoor hot spring, which was nice. The indoor hot spring was a highlight, with towels, a free drink, and slippers provided. Navigation was a bit tricky with varying maps, and we even got lost trying to find the water rafting on the first day.
