We spent two days with our family at Grand Glorious and loved it—its spot offers stunning mountain views and a calm vibe that’s ideal for kids and adults alike. The rooms were spotless, comfy, and well kept, and the staff were warm, caring, and always ready to help. The meals were delicious and service top‑class throughout our stay. The kids adored the peaceful setting and the mild weather in Haputale, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I’d highly recommend this place for families, couples, or anyone wanting a chill retreat in the hills, and we’re already planning a return trip.

The family room we booked was roomy and clean, and the terrace view was great. The food tasted good, and my family enjoyed the whole experience. The only downside was that the portions were a bit smaller than what we’ve seen elsewhere.
