The location and food were good, but getting there was difficult because there’s no proper road; the available road is all damaged and caused our vehicle’s tire to get damaged. The road to this property is the worst—almost 2 km from the main road, very narrow, and all damaged.

There are no proper roads to reach the property and the staff are unresponsive; hot water was provided and they’re running the business to make money, not recommending it to families. The roads to reach the property are like an off‑roading experience; a normal driver cannot reach the property—worst.

It was a good experience.and well maintained. Food is also good. But our bathroom got blocked they told us to use the bathroom from another room. But on the 2nd day it was also not cleaned. Again we informed them to clean ,then they came and cleared that. The resort is on the top of the hill. Road is not good. Better ask for pick up and drop till you reach the main road. Cab drivers are refusing to come to the resort.If we take auto 350/- per person from resort. Be careful if you are taking your own car. The road is really bad. The road will give you a trekking experience . Geyser conditions are not good. You have to switch on the geyser before 1 hour for bathing. Again we have to wait more time for the next person

The overall experience was good, but the way to the resort was lacking and needed improvement; otherwise everything else was fine. The location and view were not ideal.
