We liked the service, the hearty breakfast, and the comfort and coziness of the hotel, but we had ordered a large room with one large double bed as shown in the photo, yet at check‑in an extra single bed was added, reducing the space and making it impossible to pass on one side; the bedside table was missing next to the large bed, the shower cabin didn’t work well, and there was one towel missing in the room when we arrived, even though the hotel had assured us the room was ready and waiting.
